Mikey’s Late Night Slice is Coming to University Square

Pizza by the slice, frosty beverages and signature menu items at location set to open Summer 2024
[Columbus, OH] December 14, 2023 – A Columbus favorite for more than 14 years, Mikey’s Late Night Slice is opening a new 3,000 s.f. location in the heart of High Street at University Square, adjacent to The Ohio State University campus. The new Late Night Slice will be serving up classics as well as specialty menu items for students, faculty, staff and University District neighbors in this exciting, new location that is made for gathering, hanging out and eating great food. Beer and craft cocktails will also be available at the new location. Mikey’s Late Night Slice will be located at 1839 Pearl Street on the alley side of University Square South.
“We couldn’t be more excited to bring our pizza party experience to this new location near campus,” said founder Mikey Sorboro. “We’ve had our eye on a location near Ohio State for a while now and finally the timing, the project and the partners have clicked for us,” Sorboro said. This location marks the 9th LNS for the company and the first of a decidedly new approach for Late Night Slice which has plans to open up on college campuses across Ohio and beyond. The company also plans to aggressively expand to lifestyle shopping centers as well.
Late Night Slice mainly serves up New York-style pizza by the slice and whole pies along with a playful and curious craft cocktail menu meant to complement the pizza and draft beer. Customary to other Late Night Slice locations, the interior will be chocked full of eye candy on the walls and music videos on the screens all coming together to create a pizza and bar experience like no other. True to its name, operating hours will be 11am to 3am or later on the weekends, 7 days a week with special hours on game days and special events.
