15+HIGH, The Centerpiece of Ohio State Campus' Latest Transformation

The most noteworthy redevelopment work that Ohio State has going are the 15+HIGH and Arts District projects along North High Street.

Major changes have been taking place on the east side of High Street since 2008. That has been part of the plan since the beginning, said Amanda Hoffsis, president of Campus Partners, Ohio State’s real estate offshoot.

“Our mission from day one has been to affect change around the university area,” Hoffsis said. “That’s an easy goal to see, but it’s hard to actually implement.”

Campus Partners Receives Preservation Merit Award

On Saturday, October 29, 2016, Campus Partners was honored with the Preservation Merit Award from the Ohio History Connection for their work on the preservation of the Grant Commons rehabilitation project. Campus Partners supported Wagenbrenner Development to preserve 23 buildings in the Indianola Historic District along 11th Avenue. The Preservation Merit Award is for preserving Ohio’s prehistory, history, architecture, or culture. Other organizations involved in this project include the Columbus Foundation, the City of Columbus and Judith Williams, Historic Preservation Consultant.
